Therapy for Scoliosis, France

Abstract Title: Scoliosis - Therapie of the Thoracic Convexity

Biography:

Christl Aubry-Brückner is originally from Germany, where she trained as a medical massage therapist and physiotherapist. She chose this profession following a car accident that left her with a paralyzed leg and a definitive prognosis. After undertaking intensive work on her own body, based on a few initial ideas, the paralysis disappeared. This personal experience led her to change her professional path in order to help people facing serious diagnoses. She became convinced that a deep understanding of physiology, biomechanics, and the muscular functional chains that govern movement in the body can lead to successful rehabilitation when treatment is precisely adapted to each individual. Christl Aubry-Brückner has been practicing as a physiotherapist in Paris since 2001. She specializes in scoliosis rehabilitation and has developed a method called TGS 3D – Global Therapy for Scoliosis in Three Dimensions. Since 2010, she has been training physiotherapists in this technique.

They change with movement, so it is necessary to work precisely. During an incorrect movement with the left arm, the arm is not raised high enough.
